Schedule of Fees

Initiation Fee

• $1000 Active Member (50% refundable if resigning within a year of joining)

• 2nd Family member= $300

• $500 Youth Member 19 – 23 years

• $250 Youth member under 19 years (at age 19, a fee of $250 to remain a Youth Member)

• $500 For Youth member to become Active Member at age 24

• $20 Visiting pilots with their own glider. (Valid for the whole weekend)

SSA Dues*

• $80 Full Member

• $50  Family Member

• $45 Youth Member

*Soaring Society of America is a required membership. (The club Secretary or Treasurer will enroll new members if not already a member)

Monthly Dues

• $50 Full PSS Members

• $15 Youth Member (until 23)

• $12 Per year for Inactive Members

Tow Fees

• Up to 1,000 ft. - $20 hook up fee plus $1.00 per 100 ft. 

• Above 1,000 ft. - $30 plus $.50 per 100 ft. 

• $35.00 to 2000′ agl

• $40.00 to 3000 agl

• Note: Aero retrieve – $100/hour chock-to-chock

• Wings Flight....IF you are a WINGS participant, and you have had two PSS flights in the last 90 days you will get credit for one free WINGS flight each year. Please remember to indicate on the flight log when you take a WINGS flight. (See below)

Club Glider Rental

• Included with monthly dues.

Instruction

• Graciously provided,  free of charge.

Daily Member introductory flight

• $150 valid for a whole weekend and includes:

• One tow to 3000′ above ground level with an instructor and a thirty to forty minute flight if weather conditions permit. 

• Subsequent flights at the prevailing club rates.

• Max passenger weight is 242 lbs.

Daily Member visiting SSA pilots

• $100 per day plus tow fees.
